Customer Service Representative

ZIMI Tech is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in customer service, communication, and management.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of all server that the company used including accounts.
  • Make sure that the server is running 100% smooth.
  • Checking if every Client are connected in the program.
  • Make sure that our Clients don’t experience any technical problem.
  • Report to our Server Technician whenever we encounter unknown or serious technical problem with the program.
  • Do trouble shooting if necessary.
  • Providing support to the Client and sending report monthly through email and drop boxes.
  • Submitting of all projects within the timeframe.
  • Blocking of all substandard Leagues and Teams before the live game take place.
  • Understanding the program that we are using and know how it works.

Qualifications

  • Works well individually and in a team
  • Flexible in terms of shift work pattern
  • With experience in testing/ troubleshooting in BPO industry is an advantage
