Customer Service Representative
ZIMI Tech is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will play a vital role in customer service, communication, and management.
- Monitoring of all server that the company used including accounts.
- Make sure that the server is running 100% smooth.
- Checking if every Client are connected in the program.
- Make sure that our Clients don’t experience any technical problem.
- Report to our Server Technician whenever we encounter unknown or serious technical problem with the program.
- Do trouble shooting if necessary.
- Providing support to the Client and sending report monthly through email and drop boxes.
- Submitting of all projects within the timeframe.
- Blocking of all substandard Leagues and Teams before the live game take place.
- Understanding the program that we are using and know how it works.
- Works well individually and in a team
- Flexible in terms of shift work pattern
- With experience in testing/ troubleshooting in BPO industry is an advantage
