Korean Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Attracts/convince potential customers by answering product and service questions.
  • Attending customer query via email, skype and live chat.
  • Creation and closure of customer accounts
  • Recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Processing different transactions of the customer
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handle changes in policies of the company.
  • Tallying accounts of the customer’s transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • Preferably with sales experience in BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language both verbal and written.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to multitask and provide solutions under pressure.
  • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills.
