Korean Customer Service Representative
- Attracts/convince potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Attending customer query via email, skype and live chat.
- Creation and closure of customer accounts
- Recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Processing different transactions of the customer
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handle changes in policies of the company.
- Tallying accounts of the customer’s transactions.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- Preferably with sales experience in BPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language both verbal and written.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to multitask and provide solutions under pressure.
- Must have good problem solving and analytical skills.
