    As a Malaysian Customer Service Representative, you will never have a dull moment providing 24/7 customer support through chats and emails! You will respond effectively to customers’ query regarding products, services, processes and procedures.

    • Perform all other and compatible duties, as assigned.

    Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

    • Good command of the English Language.
    • Knowledgeable in using MS Office application and Internet

    Your non-negotiable remote working requirements are:

    • A stable, lined internet connection;
    • A decent work space at home;
    • A personal laptop or computer with extra monitor; and
    • Must be amenable to work on shifting/rotational work schedule
