    The Malaysian Payment Officer will complete transaction requests by crediting and debiting funds to or from customer accounts and will monitor incoming transaction requests via CMS accurately.

    You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

    • Handle all back office duties related to transactions
    • Process AMS transaction for deposits, transfers, and P2P transfer requests
    • Check account turnover for customers who will request for withdrawal
    • Manage DWL Upload in CMS daily
    • Tally account balances and ensure transactions are processed timely & accurately
    • Perform all other and compatible duties, as assigned.

    Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

    • A graduate of any field, knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet
    • Adept in data entry and proficient in basic bookkeeping or accounting
    • Can work under pressure and independently in a fast paced environment
    • With payment officer experience in a gaming company is a plus, but not required.

    Your non-negotiable remote working requirements are:

    • A stable, lined internet connection;
    • A decent work space at home;
    • A personal laptop or computer; and
    • Must be amenable to work on shifting/rotational work schedule
