- Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking system etc.
- Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.
- Set up interviews between candidate and hiring managers.
- Involve in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.
- Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
- Strong recruitment skills
- Prior experience performing internet based candidate searches on different online advertisements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has sense of urgency.
- Can start immediately.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
