Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking system etc.
  • Conduct phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements.
  • Set up interviews between candidate and hiring managers.
  • Involve in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.
  • Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.

Must Have:

  • Strong recruitment skills
  • Prior experience performing internet based candidate searches on different online advertisements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has sense of urgency.
  • Can start immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
