    As a Turkish Customer Service Representative, responding to inquiries quickly and accurately via live chat and email will be your top priority while also providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.

    You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

    • Assist in processing account-related requests and overall account management
    • Handle complaints and provide appropriate resolution on a given period
    • Work closely with internal/external department in escalating issues to provide resolutions
    • Record complete and accurate information in the system
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
    • Perform all other and compatible duties, as assigned.

    Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

    • Good command of the English Language
    • Knowledgeable in using MS Office application and Internet

    Your non-negotiable remote working requirements are:

    • A stable, lined internet connection;
    • A decent work space at home;
    • A personal laptop or computer with extra monitor; and
    • Must be amenable to work on shifting/rotational work schedule
