Our Team is growing! And we are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking Turkish Freelance Recruiter to undertake hiring activities for our growing team in Turkey.

What your day will look like…

As our Turkish Freelance Recruiter, you will be assisting with the sourcing, recruiting, screening of job applicants to fill existing job openings; hence, you must have extensive knowledge and experience in the talent market in Turkey!

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Work with various hiring teams and key stakeholders to identify and customize different recruiting strategy for each hiring requirement
• Understand job requirements and conduct research for market mapping
• Create, publish job ads, and screen resumes in various portals
• Conduct initial phone screens, face-to-face interviews, Skype/Zoom call to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Develop employer branding strategies and activities to highly attract potential talents
• Performs other related duties, as assigned

Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Experience working for an executive search firm or recruitment agency
• With strong background in sourcing and interviewing techniques
• Passionate in recruitment and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment
• With strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills, with sense of urgency, goal-driven, team player and can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent command of Turkish language - written and verbal communications skills
• Can converse in English language
